Associated Services

In addition to people requiring care services within their individual care plan, additional assistance can often be required to help support the holistic approach to ensuring that you and your family receive the right support.  In order to make the whole care process as easy as possible for our clients and their families, we therefore offer a number of additional services that combine with the care services plan to offer a full solution for all your needs.

Accredited Service Partners

At Person Centred Care we have developed a strong network of partners and internal expertise to enable us to deliver our associated services.  All internal expertise is trained and qualified above all required standards to provide those services and all external partners have been inspected and evaluated by us along with holding the relevant qualifications and accreditations that are needed.  We carry out regular reviews and monitoring of our external partners to ensure that the quality and experience you receive is in line with, and beyond both our expectations.

Domestic Services

Our domestic services team provide a wide range of support services for our clients. We recognise that clients may require help around the home that extends beyond the care service we provide to them.  Often clients well-being requires support with domestic tasks to ensure that the home is safe and clean. We also understand that families often require additional support in helping to manage from a distance and our domestic services team provide the expertise to supply individual needs. All our domestic services packages are tailored to the individual circumstances and can also be used as one-off support.  Our services are wide ranging and include ongoing home and garden maintenance, shopping and transport services to the custom requests that simply need our support.

Legal Services

We work closely with legal partners who are experts within community care law, and they are able to provide support services that may be required as part of ensuring a joined-up care services plan.  This includes community care lawyers for elderly people, or community care solicitors who provide advice and representation on areas such as helping people with disability stay at home, mental capacity and best interest decisions, safeguarding disputes, powers of attorney, and assisting in family disputes on care and financials.

Advisory Services

Independent, understanding and supportive, our advisory services team work with the care services team and our clients to ensure that any additional assistance required can be built into the overall plan. Our advisory services team are experts within associated areas of care services including paying for care, personal budgets, financial contribution support options, care process management and administration.
